This marks the fifth consecutive year Collgar has achieved this global distinction, reinforcing its position as a leader in ESG performance and sustainable energy generation.

GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is a leading global benchmark of material sustainability issues in asset performance and is aligned with international reporting frameworks, goals and emerging regulations.
