Collgar Renewables Appoints New Director to its Board

Collgar Renewables is delighted to announce that Ms Megan Corfield has been appointed to its Board of Directors. Megan is an experienced non-executive director and former senior executive with more than 30 years’ experience across the energy, utilities infrastructure and government sector. She combines executive leadership in commercial strategy and energy markets with extensive Board experience in regulated utilities, infrastructure investment and organisational transformation.
Most recently, Megan was Executive General Manager, Energy Solutions at ERM Power (now Shell Australia), where she established and led the Company’s Energy Solutions business and developed its transition strategy, including renewable energy, battery storage and demand management initiatives.
Megan currently serves as Chair of International Parking Group Holdings, is the founder and runs Glass Ladder, a female-focused leadership coaching business, and is a non-executive director of UnityWater.
“I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my leadership and energy experience in a non-executive capacity, particularly with a renewable energy business. I am attracted to Collgar’s model to develop, build and own operating assets, and to work with Collgar’s shareholder Rest”, Ms Corfield said.
The Board, and Collgar’s owners Rest, are delighted to welcome such an experienced and highly regarded Director to the business.
